Studio Hill Farm, owned and operated by Jesse McDougall and his wife Caroline, is a pastured-based regenerative farm in southern Vermont that transitioned away from conventional practices in 2012. Today, they mob graze sheep and poultry, produce no-till annual vegetables, and have even started to develop a perennial food forest on land that was formerly clear cut for timber. Jesse has also helped to write and introduce legislation that would promote regenerative agricultural practices within Vermont.
