Protégé of revolutionary Austrian farmer Sepp Holzer, Zach Weiss from Elemental Ecosystems speaks of developing water retention landscapes to regenerate ecosystems. Elemental Ecosystems currently has projects in 13 nations on 4 continents, spanning a wide range of climates, contexts, landforms and ecosystems.
