Becky Porlier2019-03-30
Where were your clothes grown and sewn? Was the colour mined or was it cultivated? Will they be composted or sent to landfill? These are all questions Becky Porlier invites us to ponder as she explains her path towards the creation of the first Canadian branch of Fibershed. By connecting farmers and artisans, the Upper Canada Fibreshed project uses regenerative fibre systems to create environmentally-friendly wardrobes.
Presented at the Living Soils Symposium on March 30th, 2019, hosted by Regeneration Canada at Marché Bonsecours in Montréal.
